  5.            Read the INSTALL.DOC file to understand how to properly setup Lcom

  11. Notes to remember when installing Lcom:
  12.  
  13.            1) Refer to the INSTALL.DOC file for more detailed instructions
  14.               on installing Lcom.
  15.  
  16.            2) If you change the com port from Com 1,
  17.               also update the base address (located next to it).
  18.  
  19.            3) INSTALL.BAT - the installation program.  run this program
  20.                             from the directory you wish to install Lcom
  21.                             in, before runing anything else.

  23.               LC  .EXE - is the main program
  24.               LCC .BAT - is the configuration program
  25.               LCV .EXE - is the video configuration program

  28.            4) if you were previously a TELIX v3.11 to v3.15 user, refer to
  29.               the section in the install documentation about telix.
  30.  
  31.            5) if you want to run Lcom from Desqview, refer to the instructions
  32.               provided in the install.doc file.
  33.  
  34.            6) Lcom will only run on a Hard Disk with a minimum of 2 megabytes.
  35.               (2 megabytes minimum can be reduced nearly in half by adjusting
  36.                the size of the scrollback buffer in LCC.)
